- Follow up sampling.
- Properly fabric & trims idea & booking to suppliers.
- Strictly follow up with fabric & trims in-house.
- Customers & suppliers mail communication.
- Properly commercial documents follow up(Master LC,B2B LC, Purchase order documents, Mode of payment, Bank maturity)
- Follow up with store department.
- Follow up maintain Time & Action Calendar(TNA Plan)
- Co-operation with production planning.
- Follow up with PP meeting, File arrangement & approval.
- Follow up CAD, pattern, Layout & Cutting department.
- Follow up with production & daily out put.
- Follow up with quality of production.
- Follow up sampling during production.(Like TOP)
- Follow up inspection during production(inline, pre-final)
- Quick decision to factory if any quality issue.
- Follow up on time shipment.
- Prepare after post costing.(After shipment).
